This economical model created for this client-architect makes economic
sense:
The initial cost was competitive with a similar quality hand-done rendering.
In fact, the sole-practitioner architect paid for it out of his own pocket.
The model drawing database can be modified and be used again and again
without the client incurring the initial cost, only the cost of changes.
With a phone call to me the architect can have changes to the model
completed and e-mailed back the next day.
The architect can study multiple design schemes at much less cost than
a client can change actual finishes in a store (after guessing what the
finishes will look like in place.
