Commissioning a 3-D rendering

Steps in getting 3-D renderings done:

1. Call Alan Dooley at (615) 356-0801 or e-mail us at Archistrate@worldnet.att.net to set up a meeting to discuss the project.
2. We discuss the desired visual output desired, including:
   1. the form or the project.
   2. views desired.
   3. the materials and colors desired for the image(s):
      1. RGB value numbers or
      2. simply a description or
      3. material samples
   4. the anticipated type of output desired (this will affect the file I create):
      1. color prints: 8-1/2 x 11 or 11x17
      2. color plots: 24x36 or 30x42
      3. color slides, backlit sign, etc.
   5. the type of shadows, shading, and reflection desired.
   6. deadline required.
   7. include name, company name, and address.
3. We will need blueprints and computer files, if possible, of:
   1. plan, site plan, elevations, and sections
   2. any other files that may help explain the project.
4. I will furnish a written estimate. My rates are reasonable.
5. Turn-around time can be as short as two days.
6. I will e-mail you image(s) for your approval and comments.
7. After revisions, I will e-mail the image to a printer, where you can pick up the images or we can have them delivered.
